Profiting with Pocket Pairs in No Limit

The trademark of any good No Limit player is someone who knows how to make the most out of the hands that he is holding. When it comes to pocket pairs, some of the most efficient that you may consider are the ones below.

First of all, your No Limit strategy for playing pocket pairs will be dependent on your position. Of course, if you are holding AA-QQ, it does not matter if you are under the gun or on the button. If you are in early position, then the best No Limit strategy for pocket pairs (TT down) is to not play them at all. The risk of someone going all in after you is great. Even holding something like 77 can be playable. If you are on the button and it is checked to you, you can use this hand to take to the flop. If you get the set, plus the flop comes with a high card, then someone who gets a high pair (like a KK) will go and try to make a big raise.
